At Cali Clean, we aim to make the payment process as
convenient and straightforward as possible for our clients.
Please review the following payment policies:
Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept the following forms of payment:
Cash
Checks - Not accepted for first-time clients
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
Online payments via a secure payment platform (Venmo)
Payment is due day of service unless otherwise arranged.
Payment Due Date:
For one-time services, payment is due immediately day of service the cleaning
For recurring services, payment is due on the day of service after each cleaning session.
Invoices will be sent for corporate or special projects, with payment due within 7 days of receipt.
Late Payments:
Payments not received within 5 business days of service may incur a late fee of $15.
If payment is not received after 10 business days, future services may be paused until the balance is cleared.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee of $30.00 cost.
If a cancellation is made within 24 hours or the cleaning team is unable to gain access to your home, a cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file or added to your next invoice.
Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee:
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to address any issues at no additional cost.
Refunds are not typically offered for completed services, but we will work with you to ensure your expectations are met.
Gratuity Not Required: All-Inclusive Pricing
Each of our service packages is designed to offer transparent, all-inclusive pricing. The listed price covers everything — no tips or additional fees are required. Our team is fully compensated for their outstanding work, so you can enjoy a hassle-free experience.
Recurring Service Discount:
A discount is available for clients who sign up for weekly or bi-weekly cleaning services.
Loyalty clients also receive a free add-on service every 90 days as a token of our appreciation.
Returned Checks:
A $35 fee will be applied to any returned checks, and we will require an alternate form of payment.
